Another Gujarat in making - Nandigram

Believe all might be aware of recent "nandigram" incidents. CPI (M) has stormed the village with rifles and have recaptured it.

We had witnessed similar Govt patronized incidents in Gujarat. 'Best Bakery' case one of the cases which took large portion of news in local news paper all over india and in some foreign medias as well. Recent string operation by Tehalka revealed how people holding high posts in government patronized the violence.

Now, there is another 'govt sponspored violent activity happening in nandigram' as well. Its no better than Gurajat. Recent reports reveals that CPI(M) cadres have taken law in their hands and keeping nandigram under their control in spite of CRPF's presense in that locality.

Reports also clearly reveals how POLICE was kept away from the site of violence and to large extend they were kept as silent spectators.

Eventually, one tends to think what is happening in india.
  • What Federal Govt doing?.
  • Is it trying take political milage on this issue?.
  • Will there be any reason for Left now agreeing for allowing india to go ahead with NUKE deal negotiations with IAEA?.
  • Why Left have to change their stand on N-deal all of a sudden?.
  • If you observe keenly, they changed their stand exactly a day after CPI(M) caders stormed Nandigram and re-captured?.
  • What BJP doing now?.
  • Is it that BJP has already lost the moral ground of question this rampage by CPI(M) Cadres?.

A rudimentary question that I keep asking myself,

-- Is this all about Politics?.

-- Do politicians have rights to play with this innocent lives for want of political milage or

anything for that matter?.

What are we doing as citizens of India?.

Will I be oppressing people , if I get a chance to be having power to do that?.

Does it seem to be ODD because I am looking at this incident from a third eye?.

Is there any who can clear my mind of all this?. Am I suppose to acknowledge this existence of 'necessary evil' and live with it?.

What am i expected to do? (please ask yourself).

12 Commands of goal setting

1. Decide what you want to acomplish. The goal should be very specific.

2. Determine a deadline for accomplishment. A goal must have a deadline.

3. Determine that the goal is believable to you. you must feel that the goal can be realized.

4. Where are you now?. Take a current inventory.

5. What obstacles do you need to overcome?. Is there something that may make it difficult to
achieve your goal?.

Be aware of the obstacles so you can make plans to overcome.

6. What knowledge will you need to acquire?. will you need to earn a professional designation or
take certain cources?. will you need to research new markets?

7. What organisations and groups should you associate with?. Are there certain groups of people
that can make it easier for you to accomplish your goal?. How can you become affliated with?.

8. what are the benefits to you?. write down as many benefits as possible. The more benefits

you can come up with, the more likely you will be to stick to the goal until it is achieved.

9. Develop an action plan. Determine the specific steps that will be necessary to achieve the goal.
Start at the acomplishment of the goal and work backwards.

10. Visualize yourself accomplishing the goal. See yourself in clear detail as if you have already
achieved the goal.

11. Take daily action towards the goal. Dreams and goals require action. The best goal in the
world will never materialie unless consistant action is taken.

12. Resolve never to quit. Decide you will never give up, even when times get tough until your
goal is reached.

Stressed out - Try this...(Corrected)

After going through my latest post on "Stressed out - Try this" one of my Well wisher came back to me saying 'Recent post is full of grammatical mistakes)...here is what you find as corrected by that person.

Corrections :

1) Is there anyone who never felt being stressed out?.Is there anyone who never felt being depressed?.

Is there anyone who has never been stressed? Is there anyone who hasn’t felt depressed?

2) psychologist suggest we need to de-stress ourselves by letting our emotions (mostly consider having negative energy) out by some means.

Psychologists suggest that we need to de-stress ourselves by letting out our emotions
(which tend to have negative energy) by some means

3) Anger - is one of such emotions. havn't you ever felt like slapping others, when they poke your anger?. There are different techniques being practiced across the world to let the anger go out of ourselves.

Anger is one such emotion. Have'nt you ever felt like slapping someone …(I don’t understand what you meant by poke into ur anger..)
There are several /different techniques practised across the world to let go of one's anger .

4) I suppose recently there was an article as well as News on TV about a Hotel which let people volunteer to break the walls with Hammer. There were more than required volunteers to do the job.And most of us, would have either practiced or atleast heard of this simple technique of "counting upto 10 or 100" when feel angry. Some suggest people to give fist to pillows as long as they feel relieved.

I came across an article in a magazine, which was apparently in the news too on TV, about a hotel which let people break its walls with a hammer so that they could get away with the anger they had. And most of us, would have either practiced or atleast heard of this simple technique of "counting upto 10 or 100" when we feel angry. Some suggest people to punch on pillows till they feel relieved.

5) And here we give a simple Tool to handle STRESS and ANGER.Try SLAPPING this guy (volunteered himself) as much as you can, as hard as you can.Let us know the results, whether your anger, stress subsided.

And here we give a simple Tool to handle STRESS and ANGER,try SLAPPING this guy (who has volunteered himself) as much as you can and as hard as you can.Let me know the result - whether your anger/stress subsided.

Now read the complete passage here:

Betrayal of Innocense - Cont

I am making slow progress in reading this book. Book is light but the subject dealt is really heavy to make any quick progress.

There are a lot of things, I want to put it on this blog from the book (Excerpts from the book).Author's approach on the subject is totally different from what I expected to be.
It wasn't very dry nor it wasn't very erotic either.

Author has her own 'realistic definition' of what is INCEST. Interestingly, Author herself is a victim of the subject she dealing with. That makes, this book more special and interesting. Hardly people admit it to be published on a book. I like her guts to disclose it. she has her own reason for doing it.

Being a psychotherapist,if she persuvades people to come out of their shell and accept and admit that they are victims, if she hides the truth about herself behind her professional life, it seriously raises a question of INTEGRITY.

Let me go through the entire book, and come back to you, readers with what I have learned. Until them allow me to take sometime on this subject.

Are you going to RENT a house?.

This REAL incident, happened in Bangalore for a native bangalorean, which was narrated to me by my uncle.

My uncle's acquaintance (call him Mr. D) were looking for a rented house in locality near to koramangala in bangalore. It seems they heard about a house which was ready to occupy. They met with the broker, who showed them a house. Mr.D liked the locality as well as a house.

It was decided that monthly rent is going to be Rs:5000 and Advance to be Rs 50,000. An agreement was made between the owner and the tenant. Owner informed the tenant that they got a job in Hyderabad thats a reason they thought they will rent this house. And in a week's time they will be moving to Hyderabad, house key is with the broker, which the tenant can get it from broker after a weeks' time.

our uncle's acquaintance decided to move into the house on an auspicious day which happened to be a week after owner left to hyderabad. They had informed people and a priest was there on a day of "house warming ceremony", all assembled but witnessing a new LOCK in the front door of a house. All were baffled but none could do anything to the owner of the house.

What you think that could have happened in this scenario?.

Come on!! Guess it correctly and win fabulous prizes*!!!

conversation with Mr.X - Living for NOW and AS IS.

Today, I happen to meet with Mr.X. I prefer to call him Mr.X, because he feel he has an Identity crisis. (Who on earth hasn't come across this Identity Crisis in their life?).

In real sense, I used to meet him almost everyday for past month, but today I came to know that I wasn't meeting his TRUE self but per him it was his projected image. How many of us have guts to accept this fact that we most of the times project our images to other than our true self?. (Hence, Readers are requested to treat this meeting of mine as FIRST MEETING).

We happened to meet on a usual place where we have coffee. Normally, 'a lot can happen over a coffee' .

He is usually looks dull, even for a joke he usually manages to smile a little. I would say, todays meeting with him helped me to know some area of myself as well.

I must admit that he has guts to accept things that is happening in his part of world. How many times do I have accepted things AS IS?. He was emphasising more on "Living NOW".

'Living for NOW' is a good concept per se.But how one can practice it?. we are entangled with 'our own school of thoughts' based on the information/data we collect from various souces, we tend to be judgemental about anything and everything we come across.

We feel analysing each and every event/situation would redeem us from the misery/impending danger we feel we might face. We believe in "cause and effect" theory of KARMA,which always carries our PAST with us.

Who on earth can tell this "PAST is past, past is dead, dead is buried and lets move on with LIFE". But Mr.X was telling me that he lives neither in the past nor in future, but each moment of NOW. He also admitted that its not everytime he could succeed. what you say? Do you want me to believe him? do you believe him?.

When asked about techniques he uses, he says "detach yourself" from everything. See things from outside. don't you feel all this words well said than done. How do one detach from everything?. In absolute sense, it is really impossible, a herculean task.

Why am I talking/writing about Mr.X?. How all this things relate to me?. Is it because the feeling of "I am not alone" feeling makes me to write?.

Albeit, I wasn't agreeing with whatever he said. I could feel that he had few valid points.

* When someone talks/converse with you with HEART, you could feel the same in your heart.

* Everybody present their Projected Image to others instead of TRUE self.

* Concept of SIN is spoiling the mind of people.

* Forgiveness is one of the most beautiful present one can give to other people.

I shall be posting some of the interesting things he shared with me. they are all unbelievable real life incidents as per Mr.X. Allow me sometime to post them.

I have more things to tell 'taking Mr.X as a sample'. All real life incidents.

Betrayal of innocence

Currently, I am reading a book on "incest", a betrayal of innocence.

It is published in 1978 by a clinical psychologist, mostly covers US patients..hmm let me not call them patients but they are all victims.

I personally have come across few victims who have confided this to me, It is not only female who is always a victim but it is otherwise too. If you happen to talk to any of this victims, you will find them to be very fragile, low in self-esteem, feel inferior, feel they are nothing in this world.

It is not only the betrayal of innocence but its always betrayal of TRUST, LOVE etc. It is more of "trying to belong others sexually" makes all the difference in this kind of relationship.

I am not psychologist to do a research in india....But as for as I come to know, it is alarmingly raising in india too.

Someone dealing with "Clinical psychology" can help us understand all the aspect of it. I am trying to comprehend atleast a little from the perspective of a victim from what i am reading in the book.

I shall try my best to share what I have learned.

I'm Back with my medical report...

I am back from my vacation...Thanks to my readers.

It was really not a vacation but a break from regular day-today routines...

I took a break to do a "Cardiac Master Health Check-up" and "Eye Check up"...fortunately everything seems to be functioning well except for me not doing my regular exercises has resulted in accumulating FAT ...yes my blood is carrying more FAT than it actually should...

I mean VLDL and Triglyceride is HIGHER than it actually should be. This requires lot of work out and avoiding FATTY items. Having this high increases the RISK of HEART DISEASES, most commonly HEART ATTACK. (NOTE: This is not the only one reason a person gets heart attack or heart diseases).

I do my "Master Health Check-ups" once in a year..but this time it has taken more than a year.

And I do "Eye check-up" once in every 6 months period. Last time, I was told there is some problem in "refraction" (they call it "eye muscle power" test). This time despite my insistance, they had confirmed that everything is normal and I have 6/6 eye sight.

Little Johnny - If don't laugh..Can't help

On the last day of kindergarten, all the children brought presents for their teacher. The florist's son handed the teacher a gift. She shook it, held it up and said, "I bet I know what it is - it's some flowers!" "That's right!" shouted the little boy.

Then the candy store owner's daughter handed the teacher a gift. She held it up, shook it and said. "I bet I know what it is - it's a box of candy!" "That's right!" shouted the little girl.

The next gift was from the liquor store owner's son, little johnny. The teacher held it up and saw that it was leaking. She touched a drop with her finger and tasted it.

"Is it wine?" she asked.

"No," little johnny answered.

The teacher touched another drop to her tongue.

"Is it champagne?" she asked. "No," he answered.

Finally, the teacher said, "I give up. What is it?"

Little johnny replied, "A puppy!"

Note: If you have observed keenly in all these 'Little Johnny' jokes carry some message hidden in it.

Little Jonny in kindergarden again with his naughty .....

The kindergarten class had a homework assignment to find out aboutsomething exciting and relate it to the class the next day.

When the time came for the little kids to give their reports, the teacher was calling on them one at a time.

She was reluctant to call upon little Johnnie, since he sometimes could be a bit crude.

But eventually his turn came. Little Johnnie walked up to the front of the class, and with a piece of chalk, made a small white dot on the blackboard, then sat back down.

Well the teacher couldn't figure out what Johnnie had in mind for his report on something exciting, so she asked him just what that was. "It's a period," reported Johnnie.

"Well I can see that," she said. "But what is so exciting about a period."

"Damned if I know," said Johnnie, "but this morning my sister said she missed one....

Then Daddy had a heart attack, Mommy fainted, and the guy next door shot himself!"

Little Johnny in School..

I donno how many like 'Little Johnny' Jokes...here we go with his naughty jokes...

A young female teacher was giving an assignment to her 6th grade class. It was a large assignment so she started writing high up on the chalkboard. Suddenly there was a giggle from one of the boys in the class.

She quickly turned and asked, "What's so funny Bobby?""Well teacher, I just saw one of your garters.""Get out of my classroom," she yells, "I don't want to see you for three days!"

The teacher turns back to the chalkboard.Realizing she had forgotten to title the assignment; she reaches to the very top of the chalkboard. Suddenly there is an even louder giggle from another male student. She quickly turns and asks, "What's so funny Billy?"

"Well teacher, I just saw BOTH of your garters."Again she yells, "Get out of my classroom!" This time the punishment is more severe, and tells him - "I don't want to see you for three weeks!"

Embarrassed and frustrated, she drops the eraser when she turns around again. So she bends over to pick it up. This time there is an burst of laughter from another male student. She quickly turns to see Little Johnny leaving the classroom.

"And where do you think you are going?" she asks.

"Well teach, from what I just saw, my school days are over!"

Employer's Notice - Just a Joke

Dear Employees,

As a result of the reduction of money budgeted for department areas, we are forced to cut down on our number of personnel.

Under this plan, older employees will be asked to take early retirement, thus permitting the retention of younger people who represent our future. Therefore, a program to phase out older personnel by the end of the current fiscal year, via retirement, will be placed into effect immediately.

This program will be known as SLAP (Sever Late-Aged Personnel). Employees who are SLAPPED will be given the opportunity to look for jobs outside the company.

SLAPPED employees can request a review of their employment records before actual retirement takes place. This review phase of the program is called SCREW.

SCREW (Survey of Capabilities of Retired Early Workers). All employees who have been SLAPPED and SCREWED may file an appeal with upper management.

This appeal is called SHAFT (Study by Higher Authority Following Termination).

Under the terms of the new policy, an employee may be SLAPPED once, SCREWED twice, but may be SHAFTED as many times as the company deems appropriate.

If an employee follows the above procedure, he/she will be entitled to get: HERPES (Half Earnings for Retired Personnel's Early Severance) or CLAP (Combined Lump sum Assistance Payment).

As HERPES and CLAP are considered benefit plans, any employee who has received HERPES or CLAP will no longer be SLAPPED or SCREWED by the company.

Management wishes to assure the younger employees who remain on board that the company will continue its policy of training employees through our:

Special High Intensity Training (SHIT). We take pride in the amount of SHIT our employees receive. We have given our employees more SHIT than any company in this area. If any employee feels they do not receive enough SHIT on the job, see your immediate supervisor.

Your supervisor is specially trained to make sure you receive all the SHIT you can stand.

And, once again, thanks for all your years of service with us.

P.S: Mostly, Employers do it unannounced, if announced won't it be like this notice.

Novel Readings

Today one of my colleague shared some of Sidney Shelton's books with me.

List of books :

  1. Are You Afraid of The Dark
  2. A stranger in the mirror
  3. Best Laid plans
  4. Memories of midnight
  5. morning noon night
  6. Nothing lasts forever
  7. Rage of Angel
  8. If Tomorrow comes
  9. The doomsday conspiracy
  10. The naked face
  11. The other side of midnight
  12. The stars shine down
  13. Windmills of the Gods
  14. Tell your dreams
  15. The sands of time
  16. The sky is falling

The sands of time, a very first novel I read in English. I started it, when I was doing my Post Graduation course in 1998 ( I am not very good in remembering numbers, dates and year...hmm result of which I usually score poor in History...please mind that I am a graduate student of Mathematics..dont come to me with your Maths problems...Needless to say now I am not very good in it as well).

Reading this novel took me nearly 3-4 months. Hardly I could follow the story, as sidney had used other languages intermittently. I was very much zealous joining one of the so called 'English Novel reading community'. B'coz back in classrooms, I used to hear people bragging about "this and that" Novels which was always remained jargon to me. I was very much wanted to talk like them citing a novel here and an author there, which never happened. I was then a baby in reading novels, who could withstand the pressure coming in from them.

Tell me your dreams a novel I had lent from one of my friends. Currently its in the name of ANNIYAN film (Film in my vernacular Language).

The sky is falling , a very first book I read overnight when I was in bangalore, guess it was year 2000-01. Until now, It stands the record of me completing an English novel in one sitting.

Thanks to 'English Novel reading community' keep fueling my energy in reading English novels. My Journey continues.

P.S: I have a habit of reading novels only when I get them free or lent from others. Not a penny is spent on buying English Novels of (Jeffrey, Sidney, Grisham etc.).

For your understanding on the list of Books.

Nuke Deal

I am currently going through '123 Agreement' published recently.Lot of interesting stuff. New learning.

I recently happened to watch a documentary (courtesy : History Channel) on "America's Nuclear facilities when, how it all started", a must watch,if you get a chance please don't miss a chance.

It all started in 1940s during WorldWar2 and continued during ColdWar . America has build around 10 -15 Nuclear facility in close proximity. All these facilities having B-REACTORs in it, which they could produce tons of enriched plutonium. By end of 1953, they had managed to have ballistic missile with nuclear warhead.

Towards an end of documentary, they had shown a "Mammoth missile" which is decommissioned by end of 1980 which could carry tons of Nuclear warhead in it, which if detonated would have cleared 900miles radius on earth to nothing more than a desert.

The Gigantic missile had been put on readiness in an underground facility, with highly safeguarded control room, can be launched less than a minutes time, to be exact 58 seconds.

I must say gigantic missile is massive and awesome scene. Ironically, I felt the feeling of excitement rather it should have been feeling of horror.

Btw, once i finish reading (past one week i am doing the same, making little progress)the agreement, we shall talk about "Nuke deal" between India and US.

ethnography (Digital world).

Ethnography - The branch of anthropology that provides
scientific description of individual human societies.

Anthropology - The Social Science that studies the origins and social
relationships of human beings.

Social Science - The brance of Science that studies society and the
relationships of individual within a society.

Science - A particular branch of scientific knowledge.

Don't be puzzled seeing all these words of definition. I am not a student of anthropology but the one who is interested in knowing "relationship of human beings/individuals within society".

As I was surfing the Internet, I was strucked by this clip which dealt with "Digital ethnography" (Dudes interested in Web 2.0 may want to have a look at this link).

We soon be talking about "Society" as conceived by Plato,Aristotle,Augustine, Aquinas,Immanuel Kant, Rene Descardes and Jean paul sartre.

Why not we take a contemporary view of our society?. We will try our best to cover that aspect as well.

Interesting Interview Q

(Mail by : Mohan L @ Grishma Securities)

A company was hiring new staff. One question in the written exam was:

You are driving your car in a wild stormy night. You pass by a bus station, and you see three people waiting for the bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

2. A doctor who had once saved your life.

3. A man/woman you have been dreaming to be with.

You can only take one passenger in your car. Which one will you choose? Please explain your answer.

Think about it before you continue reading...

This must be some kind of personality test. Every answer has its reasoning.
You could pick up the old lady. She is going to die, and thus you should save her first. You could take the doctor, because he once saved your life. This will be the perfect chance to pay him back. However, you could always pay the doctor back in the future, but you may never be able to find the perfect lover once you pass this chance.

What would you do? Post your answers in comments column and win fabulous prizes*.

* Conditions as applicable.

Death*

Scary!

Inevitable!

kismet!

Death, a tranformation.

Death, a realization.

Death, an encounter with unconquerable.

Death, a transfiguration of life in totality.

Death, one of the loveliest (who realises it?) thing of the world.

A moment ago something was physically present, Active, lively and the next moment it is NO MORE. Nobody willing to undergo this moment of wilderness.

Author is very much afraid to compare Death to anything, because there exist nothing comparable. You find no one in the world, who has passed through this way and still living. But one can always REALIZE what it means to them.

Have you ever tried imagining (Imagine is it a right word to use <: Thinking :>) that you are dead and what happens after your death?.

Have you ever tried meditating on this subject?.Is there life after death? ( Who can help us confirming with certainity?).

Why do one think about LIFE AFTER DEATH while he/she already has a life (do we really live?) now?.

Why don't we realize that there is no ESCAPE from it?. Why don't we realize we are dying every moment?.

Like Buddha says, A flame on a burning candle is not the same and so life on earth.

Can any step into same river twice?.

Can any live on their past in future?.

* more to come on this topic.

Procrastination..

I really do not know how this came into my world. Is it by birth?. Is it genetic by nature?. Did I inherit this habit of mine from anybody in my ancestral tree?. [ A topic to be researched and explored in detail]

But I wonder not about all this,as even my coming to this world was much delayed, with lot of prayers to God and saints, I embodied myself and came into existence. Is there a purpose for my coming to this world*?.( 'This World', Is it a right usage? Doesn't it sound there is other world as well).

For more clarity, please mean it as a "World of mine" (eventhough it overlaps and intervenes in many of "your worlds"). Are we not living in the world of our own?. Are we not like atoms in a molecule*?.(In order to understand, Am I to follow Chemistry or Biochemistry?. Should I read molecular chemistry or molecular physics?)

I used to tell people, if its not delayed then there would have been another person living probably in my name (Do you believe in 'Probability and possibility'* theories?). What would have happened, If I were born earlier?. What would have happened, If I were even more late?. (Who is the right person to ask these questions?). Is there anybody who controls my existence?(My thoughts, feelings, emotions).

Who has RIGHT on my life and my existence?. What is the role of my parents?. Why do we need reproduction?. (This is what happens with me mostly, I started with some topic and going astray).

I started believing since my coming to world is delayed, everything about what I do getting delayed. I feel its my inherent nature to be like that. (Am I wrong in my believe?). Surely I am.What my readers think about it?.

I have constantly tried many tricks and tactics to get myself on track but in vain. All failed because of same reason of my dillydallying nature. If you have gone through my previous post, you would have very well understood the underlying reason for getting my plans delayed.

Points to ponder,

a) Why did I start believing that pracrastination is inherent in my nature?.

b) Do I lack determination in what I do?.

c) Am I very much lenient to myself?.

d) What should I be doing to get rid of this habit of mine?.

Readers are welcome to comment!!!

* World, molecule, probability and possibility theories, to be discussed later in coming days.

Plans 4 August

I started my plans for this month. I started thinking about the activities that I will have on Card. I wanted to plan activities dissected for each week and then for each Day of week.

Its been almost a week now, since I started planning for this month. I have only 3 weeks to go before I complete my planning for the month.

I had a panoramic view on the activities that I need to cover for this month and then started to think about fitting them to one of the four weeks and then started of with days in which certain activities may suit perfectly. I questioned myself why should i choose this day? why not another day?.

I jotted down in my mind whatever that has to be covered for next month (Next month planning already started unlike for this month). I realised there are activities which are pending from previous month (I didn't plan for the previous month..so there are backlogs) which needs urgent attention.

Wonder not I havn't completed my list of activities itself. Sometimes I feel its growing and at times I feel I am adding them.

Questions that arises in mind,

a) Why am I not able to plan ahead for this month?.

b) Why am I not able to categorize or prioritize my activities?.

c) How do I need to categorize or prioritize my activities or jobs?.

d) How am I going to cover the backlogs, if I go in this pace?.

e) What is my goal in planning the activities?.

f) How do I learn to manage my Time?.

g) Am I able to say NO to people, things when I need to?.

h) Am I involving myself in productive works?.

i) Am I the only one having this problem in planning?.

Readers, anything that would help, you are most welcome to comment!!!!

Jots...

- Added labels to posts ( You , I and everything needs a label)

- Visited Reemus blog and got something to write on it (From short note on Believe from his

recent post on HP).

- Started spreading word about blog. (Surprisingly many are not aware of what Blog is, no wonder I was also in the same state of slumber a month back)

- Need to have "Visitors' column" [atleast no of visitor count] on the page. (Plz refer 'Recent addi(c)tion' post for more info)

Recent addi(c)tion !!!

Recently! I have found inundating desire to have a QUICK visit (quick?? , yes real quick, this is how it starts) to ORKUT and then from there to this newly born BLOG of mine ( I should start remembering my Blog address soon!) .

Like a PROUD father ( why am I proud?, what am I proud about? ),who come home early to have sometime spend with his baby(s), I visit and READ (Believe me!!!) each post on this BLOG atleast twice or thrice. It doesn't stop there, but pulls me even beyond ( Should I say pushes me? ) and makes me to have a SPECIAL look at the "COMMENTS" sections.

The very first question that pops in my mind is while having a look at comments section is, Is there any increase in the count on comments?. and if there is no increase obviously I could feel my heart sinking (Luckily ! there is no increase in count, God saved the world) . what a pity to an AUTHOR whose work has not been read by any?.

As an extension to these questions, there are few others which slowly creep in my mind are,

1. Is this how every author of Blog behaves or thinks or expects?

2. Why do one create a Blog?

3. Is it just to satisfy his/her desire for writing or otherwise?

4. Are we all wasting our time visiting others blogs or writing our own?.

5. what is the purpose of having a blog?.

6. Like any other commodity, Do I need to market my blog as well?.

Alas!! Yonder! I see none whom I can ask these questions...

NOTE : Write a suitable 'Moral of the story' line and win exciting prizes*!!!

P.S : Author feels happy about having atleast ONE visitor whom he knows frequenting this blog. Does it sound like riddle?. Oh! my dear! It is none other than the AUTHOR himself disguising as a reader frequents his own blog. This post is all about that.

Eleven minutes

"Life is too short, or too long, for me to allow myself the luxury of living it so badly" - Paulo coelho ( eleven minutes)

Currently I am reading (not really, mostly finding myself in a state of trance ) Eleven minutes (paulo coelho ) ,Good book, learning a lot from it, awakens me to my senses, inner feelings, contradicting realities of life, emotions (whatever you call it.)...

BTW, the book elegantly deals with the subject (subject matter?) "Prostitute" "Prostitution" and "SEX" ( 3 ezhuthu kaettae vaarthai) , a subject most widely averted coz of social stigma around it.

But this "SUBJECT" [here euphemistic usage of '3 ezhuthu kaettae vaarthai] is ubiquitous whether you like it or not. We are dealing with it willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly, everyday in one or the other form. Yes! It exists and transforms itself into many forms.

Darker side of everybody ( is it really? I don't think so...) . An expression of LOVE (is it?) widely misused, traded as a commodity. An abomination to GOD ( Who is HE/SHE?) and to Society. But Secretly worshiped and practised by everybody in many forms in each stage of our life. There is not LIFE without it. (LIFE, yes Life man!!!!).

Do we know that we are dealing with OUR OWN SELF, when we deal with SUBJECT. Every sacred scripture I have so far come across have dealt with SUBJECT. Beware of this EVIL (Is it Evil or necessary Evil?) , says each religious scripture.

IMHO, SUBJECT is widely MISUNDERSTOOD , widely MISUSED, widely OVERUSED, widely TRADED as commodity.

[More to come on this subject (should i say SUBJECT?). keep reading]

Back to the point, Paulo coelho has dealt with this subject so elegantly, bet me, it surely gonna awaken your inner self. No darker side, No gray areas, It surely gonna change your perspective on the SUBJECT. It gonna help you than harm you. so please go pick one from book store.

Thanks to paulo coelho!!!

Thanks Reemus!!

Thanks Reemus!! Frequent visits to your blog , pushed me to have blog of my own.

Just in case anybody wanna visit his blog. http://reemus.blogspot.com/

Musings!!!

There was strong urge to have a blog of my own.

As an endorsment of my existence in this Digital world. A NEW DOOR pushed open today.

Its more of expressing myself , pushing me to the limits unknown (Its really kinda scary!) to me.
As part of my experiments with MYSELF, trying to understand my very EXISTENCE both real
(Is it REAL anyway? ) and surreal WORLD.

Here,My Journey begins with one of such EXPERIMENTs with myself.

Hmm...Lemme name this Journey of mine as "QUEST for the TRUE SELF" ( Everything under the sun needs a NAME...and so do my Journey).

Now the STAGE is set opening my BOOK.

Oh MY DEAR (Do I mean DEAR?. Yeah!!I mean it !) AUDIENCE !!! You can join me with your comments. You are always WELCOME with what I deserve!! ( Do I deserve anything???)
