Stressed out - Try this...(Corrected)

After going through my latest post on "Stressed out - Try this" one of my Well wisher came back to me saying 'Recent post is full of grammatical mistakes)...here is what you find as corrected by that person.

Corrections :

1) Is there anyone who never felt being stressed out?.Is there anyone who never felt being depressed?.

Is there anyone who has never been stressed? Is there anyone who hasn’t felt depressed?

2) psychologist suggest we need to de-stress ourselves by letting our emotions (mostly consider having negative energy) out by some means.

3) Anger - is one of such emotions. havn't you ever felt like slapping others, when they poke your anger?. There are different techniques being practiced across the world to let the anger go out of ourselves.

4) I suppose recently there was an article as well as News on TV about a Hotel which let people volunteer to break the walls with Hammer. There were more than required volunteers to do the job.And most of us, would have either practiced or atleast heard of this simple technique of "counting upto 10 or 100" when feel angry. Some suggest people to give fist to pillows as long as they feel relieved.

I came across an article in a magazine, which was apparently in the news too on TV, about a hotel which let people break its walls with a hammer so that they could get away with the anger they had. And most of us, would have either practiced or atleast heard of this simple technique of "counting upto 10 or 100" when we feel angry. Some suggest people to punch on pillows till they feel relieved.


5) And here we give a simple Tool to handle STRESS and ANGER.Try SLAPPING this guy (volunteered himself) as much as you can, as hard as you can.Let us know the results, whether your anger, stress subsided.
