Trust following three simple steps would help with simple formula or pattern to follow,
- The Desire to Improve (should one not long to improve?)
- The willingness to try new techniques ( it is easier to cling on to familiar things, isn't it?)
- The motivation to practice (achieving anything without putting into practice?No, Never)
Although these three points looks very simple, but in reality its very difficult.
Try following it for atleast a month and comment here your experiences.
